AUTHENTICATION/VALIDATION OF DOCUMENTS

Express Validation of Export documents: additional 50.00
(Collection within 24 hours, between 3.00 - 5.00 PM)
Express Authentication/Validation of
other documents: additional 30.00
(Birth Certificates, affidavits, educational Certificates,
emergency Travel Certificates, Police Character Certificates,
issuance of Declaration of Marriage, Attestations etc)
(Collection within 24 hours, between 3.00 - 5.00pm)
(All extra charges are payable by pay voucher at the bank/post)
ATTENTION ALL VISA APPLICANTS!
After completing and submitting your online Visa applications, you will also need to submit the following documents at the Visa Section of the Embassy of Nigeria in Vienna:
- Your valid Passport.
- Printout of your online Application Form ( 3 Copies of each page).
- Three (3) recent passport photographs (45mmx35mm standard size).
- Three copies of your online receipt printed from your email after you have completed the online visa payment.
- Three (3) copies of your acknowledgement slip ( the confirmation page you received on submitting application online.
- Administrative charges of 100 Euro to be paid at the Embassy.
